Initiated in 2011, Make Art, Make Change aims to utilize creativity to make positive social change by encouraging and empowering local homeless artists to join the dynamic process of making art make change. 

Make Art, Make Change provides art supplies to a selection of sheltered and unsheltered homeless artists. We also offer popup art sessions for members of our homeless community to encourage social inclusion and community engagement. Make Art, Make Change will have an art event and fundraiser to showcase the artists work and raise funds to provide resources for the local homeless community in San Diego County.  

Make Art, Make Change is a social innovation intiative that believes in creativity and the importance of social and psychological wellbeing as key and often neglected means to make positive change in our communities.
